Field surveys at Crafton Tull are guided by written procedures carefully designed to avoid errors, increase precision, and ensure that data collected is available for use in the corporate Geographic Information System (GIS). Survey crews are equipped with laptops linked to the base offices and information passes between field and office in real time. Each crew is deployed in a four-wheel drive truck and most have all terrain vehicles. This helps ensure our collection of data, monumentation, staking and other field operations move efficiently and safely. Crafton Tull surveyors provide services for our Infrastructure, Energy, and Transporation divisions.
