Land Surveying - United States Forest Service
Crafton Tull has completed multiple large-scale land surveying projects in Arkansas for the United States Forest Service. Most of these projects involve researching General Land Office (GLO) plats and field notes, Courthouse records, and US Forest Service records to determine title line and corner locations. In some cases, original evidence of surveys that were completed more than 165 years ago is uncovered. Records are evaluated and tied into the survey by means of conventional Total Station traverse or by GPS methods, then computations are made by our professional staff. Missing corners are monumented and title lines are marked to meet US Forest Service Standards.
